I am a passionate Lead UX Product Designer with more than 12 years of professional experience spanning multi-channels, including mobile apps, responsive websites, and desktop platforms. My goal is to shape and develop innovative, user-centric products that drive engagement and business success.

In my most recent role at CVS Health, I led the design of internal tools for marketing teams and data scientists, integrating generative AI to enhance personalization and improve campaign outcomes. I also built a scalable design system that streamlined workflows, reduced launch times by 75%, and mentored a team of designers, fostering collaboration and skill development.

At PwC, I contributed to securing major clients such as Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Kaiser Permanente, AbbVie, Daiichi Sankyo, Gilead, and Roche by delivering compelling proof-of-concept designs. My work consistently demonstrated the value of user-centered design in achieving business goals.

Previously, at Zipari, I researched and designed core products, including the member portal, mobile app, broker portals, service center, employer portal, and client demos, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

My software expertise includes Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Miro, Validately, UserTesting.com, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Jira/Confluence. I am well-versed in agile scrum methodologies, design thinking workshops, and both unmoderated and moderated user testing.

When I’m not designing, I enjoy traveling, exploring antique stores and flea markets, and dining around New York City. These experiences fuel my creativity and inspire my work.
